1. Eligibility for Returns

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened personal care products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Items not purchased directly from theglowixlab.com.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Glowix error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
